The back of the patch has Heat n Bond on it so it is ready to add to your clothing, but if the item is to be washed - sewing would be the best method. To add to other types of crafts like card stock, home decor, I suggest using FABRI-TAC

APPLICATION: widely used to decorate and repair jean jacket, shirts, blouse, shoes, bags, hats, etc

There is glue on the back of the patch. You will need to iron on or you can sew it on your clothes using a needle and like colored thread.

If you are ironing it on:

PLEASE BE SURE YOUR GARMENT CAN HANDLE THE HIGH HEAT BEFORE PROCEEDING.

If there is a paper backing remove the paper backing on the back of the patch.

A: you will want to preheat your iron to hot cotton temperature (no steam)

B: Place the embroidered patch where you want it on the garment.

C: Cover the top with a thin cotton piece of fabric of some sorts (a sheet is perfect)

D: Apply the iron to the top for about 8-10 seconds on each section. (reapply if necessary) - iron the back also.

E: BE SURE TO ALSO STITCH AROUND THE EDGES OF THE PATCH
